Tania Ellis, Special Advisor and Managing Director
Since the foundation of The Social Business Company, Tania has over the years been highly engaged in putting social entrepreneurship, social innovation and corporate social responsibility on the map. She has over 20 years of work experience from the business sector, 12 of the years in management positions in the airline and advertising industry, and holds an Executive MBA from Henley Business School. She is also a prize-winning writer of numerous articles and books, including the internationally recognized “The New Pioneers”. Her expertise and hands-on involvement in blending business with sustainability and innovation has made her a popular strategic advisor and inspirational speaker, with clients ranging from entrepreneurial companies to large international corporate brands. MARINA KAHLE, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & PROJECT MANAGEMENT
During her MSc. in Diversity and Change Management from Copenhagen Business School, Marina studied what drives companies to change the way they do business and how they are developing sustainable business practices that create both economic and social value. Drawing on her international work and study experience in Germany, France, Denmark, the Netherlands, Thailand and India, Marina will assist with product and service development tasks, so The Social Business Company can create even more value for its community of professionals worldwide.
Catharina Høgdal, Communications & Project Management
During her degree in Business and Communications at Copenhagen Business School, Catharina chose to specialize in strategic CSR and sustainability. Then working for the United Nations Development Programme, she developed in-depth knowledge about how the Sustainable Development Goals can be operationalized to generate sustainable change worldwide. Now Catharina has joined the team to support our communications in order to sustain and grow The Social Business Company’s impact and value creation.
Our alumni community
Throughout the years we have had the privilege of attracting bright young interns, office assistants, and junior associates, who want to – or are already pursuing – a sustainability-focused career within a wide range of disciplines.
Over time they have contributed with practical assistance on projects and provided fresh perspectives to our work. In turn, they have obtained new insights and inspiration for their next steps forward on their respective career paths which include work with climate strategies, stakeholder relationship management, CSR film production, sustainability communication, work for the Danish Government as well as the United Nations Development Programme.
