The New Pioneers was published in Thai in 2011.
The New Pioneers is a practical guide for capitalists and idealists on how to navigate in the new economic world order. It is about the social megatrends that are shaping our lives in new ways and creating a new face of capitalism. And it is about the pioneers that are paving the way for the new business revolution: this century’s generation of visionary leaders, social entrepreneurs and social intrapreneurs.

Tania Ellis' debut book, "De nye pionerer - om sociale innovatører, der skaber vækst, værdi og en bedre verden" [The New Pioneers] was published by Jyllands-Postens Forlag in November 2006.
The book focuses on social innovation and the overlooked growth phenomenon social entrepreneurship. It is at the same time a contribution to the current public debate about what Denmark should live off in the future.
The key message is that capitalism and humanism are not irreconcilable. On the contrary, both "camps" are dependent on each other in order to succeed with their respective missions. Numerous new possibilities to create both economic and social value lie in this cross field.
De Nye Pionerer presents a large number of Danish and international examples of established businesses and social innovators who have put sustainable development at the core of their activities. They challenge existing logics in the pursuit of balanced growth. Denmark can use this growth potential as part of its globalisation strategy.
This is the first book to provide comparable national profiles that describe the evolution and practice of Corporate Sustainability and Responsibility for more than 60 countries.
Each regional and national profile includes key information about the relevant history, country-specific issues, trends, research and leading organisations.
The purpose of the book is to give CSR professionals (including managers, consultants, academics and NGOs focusing on the social, environmental and ethical responsibilities of business) a quick reference guide to CSR in different regional and national contexts.
Expert contributors from around the world have been screened and selected on the basis of their qualifications and experience in CSR. Tania Ellis represents Denmark.
The latest theory, new empiric analyses and interesting cases on social entrepreneurship are covered in 23 articles by Danish researchers, entrepreneurs or specialists operating in the field.
The wide variety of themes covered in the anthology serve to show the diverse and dynamic character of social entrepreneurs who create social value through innovation.
The anthology includes Tania Ellis's Danish article "Kreative kapitalister og innovative velfærdspionerer" [Creative capitalists and innovative welfare pioneers].
