Business Club Aarhus hosted a network meeting on sustainable and innovative business for its members in August 2010.

With basis in her most recent book, The New Pioneers, Tania Ellis provided a fresh view on the latest global trends and presented both Danish and international cases to illustrate how companies are developing innovative solutions that create both economic and social value.

For Viborg Municipality's visionary workshop for the psychiatric sector in 2009, the purpose was to create attractive work places and shed light on work environmental issues, quality and visibility. With keywords about retention, recruitment, work environment, flexibility and development, Tania Ellis inspired the workshop participants with a talk on the attractive work places of the future.

In the fall of 2009, ISS and five professional networks hosted the conference Kiss the Crisis about diversity management and social innovation. Tania Ellis set the tone with a lecture on social innovation and diversity management as competitive force in a time of crisis - a talk on a potential for growth and value often neglected by businesses.

The association WeCollaborate hosted in 2009 the conference WeSociety to focus on the many current changes in society - and the new solutions being developed. Among the themes were "The deroute of the old structures", "A paradise for gangs", "Climate change", "Denmark in the new century" and "The dawn of new business". Tania Ellis contributed to the last theme with a presentation about social entrepeneurs, CSR and the new possibilities of creating social development and economic growth.

Realdania supports the interest for the built environment through its six professional networks under "Realdania Medlemsdebat". Here knowledge, inspiration and information is shared amongst property developers, owners and others with special interest in the built environment.

In 2008 Tania Ellis contributed with three customized presentations with sustainability as the core topic.

Presentation about CSR as the new business trend. The occasion was Skandia's launch of their corporate volunteering manual. 

Other speakers included Skandia's CEO, Charsten Christensen, Save The Children Denmark's general secretary Mimi Jacobsen, and welfare minister Karen Jespersen.

Cooperation with medico company Coloplast (www.coloplast.com) as consultant and project manager on a global corporate branding project.

The project had a budget of 50 mio. kr., and included around 7,000 employees in 30 countries.

Promedia hosts seminars for its clients from the public sector and private businesses. At the seminars Promedia's clients are updated with HR, recruitment and marketing trends.

Tania Ellis was hired for two seminars to speak about the overall trends in the labour market, the demands from the future workforce, and on how companies can brand themselves to attract and retain employees.
