Workshops
Workshops are held as half-day or full-day arrangements. They can also be combined as modules in tailormade development programmes.
The themes evolve around Tania Ellis' work with leadership and work life trends, corporate and employer branding, corporate social responsibility (CSR), (corporate) social innovation and social entrepreneurship.
The workshops are designed as a combination of a knowledge lab and experimentarium - an open learning and work field with a mix of practice and theory, reflection and action.
They can consist of one of more of the following module types:
1. Startups (e.g. kick-off of projects, establishing common frame of reference)
2. Learning journeys (e.g. visits to innovative environments outside own organisation)
3. Working retreats (e.g. for collecting experiences and ideas)
4. Partnership forums (e.g. for involvement of stakeholders in the development of new solutions)
5. Prototyping (e.g. for testing new solutions in pilot projects)
The workshops are tailored to meet the needs and challenges of the client.
Whenever relevant, specialists and partners will be involved as a part of the workshop/development programme.
