Tania Ellis, Special Advisor and Managing Director
Since the foundation of The Social Business Company, Tania has over the years been highly engaged in putting social entrepreneurship, social innovation, and corporate social responsibility on the map. She has 25 years of management experience from the business sector, 12 of the years in management positions in the airline and advertising industry, and holds an Executive MBA from Henley Business School. She is also a prize-winning writer of numerous articles and books, including the internationally recognized “The New Pioneers”. Her expertise and hands-on involvement in blending business with sustainability and innovation has made her a popular strategic advisor and inspirational speaker, with clients ranging from entrepreneurial companies to large international corporate brands. MARINA KAHLE, BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & PROJECT MANAGEMENT
During her MSc. in Diversity and Change Management from Copenhagen Business School, Marina studied what drives companies to change the way they do business and how they are developing sustainable business practices that create both economic and social value. Drawing on her international work and study experience in Germany, France, Denmark, the Netherlands, Thailand and India, Marina is managing our product and service development, so The Social Business Company can create even more value for its community of professionals worldwide.
CAROLINE URBAN, PROJECT AND COMMUNICATION MANAGER
Caroline has worked within various fields. From being a manager in a cross-sector partnership project she has the ability to lead projects systematically and with great organizational skills. Caroline has professional insight to CSR and sustainability, and with a Master in Leadership and Social Entrepreneurship she has gained knowledge and wisdom within the field of CSR in cross-sector forums. Recruiting, fundraising, evaluation and quality assurance are amongst the tasks she has been working most with in project management. Furthermore she has a broad communication skillset and have written several articles and worked with social selling strategies.
