The Social Business Company ®
Tania Ellis provided an inspiring and engaged presentation about the sustainable bottom line at our meeting for The Danish Chamber of Commerce HRM Network. In a clear and concise manner, she presented the many facets of CSR and business practice worth knowing about.
With references to her latest book, The New Pioneers, Tania Ellis gave us a very inspiring presentation about the latest developments with Corporate Social Responsibility. Our members came from all over the country to hear Tania's talk – and they were not disappointed! Tania has a very motivating way of communicating her well-documented knowledge on social business.
Corporate Social Responsibility will play a decisive role in the future regarding an organization’s ability to attract and retain talented employees. With a lot of illustrative examples, Tania Ellis showed different ways of how companies can put responsibility and sustainability into the heart of their organization and thereby improve company reputation, increase employee satisfaction, and strengthen their employer brand.
“It was inspiring to hear about partnerships with private companies in connection with voluntary work. It's a pure win win … In the municipality we have a strategy for social economy, and we got something we could take with us in our further work. I was reminded that there are more partners to dance with than just the municipality administration and the volunteers. Companies and the state are also important partners.”
Tania has an outstanding ability to create relationships and move at all levels of the organization. Tania was very soon respected and valued by all stakeholders of the project, right from executive management to marketing assistants, both inside and outside of Denmark. Tania showed that she has the ability to move a project forward and to create results.
Tania spoke vividly and with engagement about social innovation. She provided great inspiration for working with an innovative take on diversity. The conference audience praised her lecture specifically and her power point presentation is really in demand.
Over the years, Tania Ellis has hosted workshops, engaged in projects and spoken for companies, trade unions, NGOs, educational institutions, ministries and think tanks, and her messages of social and economic value creation have reached thousands of participants ranging from opinion-formers, managers, CEOs, politicians and cabinet ministers to employees, activists, business students and social entrepreneurs.
